Selection principles of
stainless steel precision casting process:
1. Sand forging is preferred, because compared with other forging methods, sand forging has low cost, simple production and processing technology, and short production cycle time. When the wet mold cannot meet the requirements, then consider the use of clay sand dry cement sand mold, dry sand mold or other sand molds. The net weight of castings forged with clay wet sand mold can range from several kilograms to tens of kilograms, while the weight of castings produced by clay semi-dry mold can be about tens of tons.
2. The method of
stainless steel precision casting manufacturers should be consistent with the production of large quantities. Gravity casting, aluminum die casting, squeeze casting and other forging methods are more suitable for mass production because of the relatively expensive equipment and molds.
3. The shape design method should conform to the factory standard. For example, in the production of large and medium-sized machine tool beds and other castings, the core-forming design method is generally adopted, and the cores are assembled in the bottom pit without making shapes and sandboxes; while other factories use the sandbox modeling method to make shapes. Different types of stainless steel investment casting companies have different production standards (including machinery and equipment, places, employee behavior norms, etc.), production habits, and accumulated experience. It is necessary to consider what products are suitable and not suitable (or not) based on this condition. ) for what commodity.
4. The precision casting method should have both the accuracy level of the casting and the cost.
