Water glass casting coating is a water-based coating composed of water glass binder, refractory powder, surfactant and defoamer. The coating not only ensures that the shell has good working characteristics and the casting has high quality requirements , It should also have good process performance.

① The coating should have good hang-coating and covering properties, so that it can hang and cover the surface of the investment mold more evenly and tightly.

② The coating should have good fluidity and appropriate viscosity, so that the surface of the investment mold has a suitable coating thickness, and can be evenly distributed without accumulation and flow.

③ After the paint is fully stirred, it should be well dispersed, even up and down, without precipitation, agglomeration, bubbles, and stable performance.
